Check Out These Exciting Ways To Shed All Of Those Pregnancy Pounds After The Baby Is Born.

After marriage, majority of the women are concerned and worried about getting pregnant. They often ask themselves whether or not they could possibly conceive and have children. Some could perhaps even spend quite a lot of money on medical check-ups and advices on how to get pregnant and to have healthy babies. Once pregnant and having given birth, their subsequent immediate concern is how to lose weight and get rid of those excess post pregnancy pounds.

If you aren’t happy with the pounds you have gained while you were pregnant, don’t freak out. You can lose those pounds without much hassle if you know what to do. You may think that you don’t have time to work out because your baby is at a stage where it needs its mother as often as possible. However, your baby probably sleeps a lot. If you get into the habit of doing your exercise whenever your baby takes a nap (if you don’t need a nap yourself), you will see results in no time! Here are three exercises you can do during that nap time that will supercharge your day and leave you feeling and looking your best.

The Reverse Curl: Women who have just given birth will have to work hard to get their abdominal muscles back to normal and reverse curls can really help with this. In this exercise you need to lie down on the floor, look up at the ceiling and keep your knees bent. Your feet need to be just above your hips, your arms need to be lying on the floor next to your trunk, your head rests on the floor, your neck is relaxed and, as you breathe in and out, you bring your abs in and lift your hips off of the floor to the same levels as your ribs. Slowly return your hips to the floor and then start over. Try to do this twenty times. It’s okay if you can’t do 20 in the beginning, you can work up to that number. Then work toward fifty reps.

This exercise will really strengthen your abs which will help you lose that pooch and it will also help you walk straighter and with more confidence than ever before. Forearm plank breathing is another exercise you can use to lose pregnancy weight. Then you will slowly lower yourself until the forearms rest flat on the surface below you. Then, straighten your legs so that your body makes a straight line. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out as you squeeze your abs and hold the position. Then, lower your chest to the floor and do pushups for thirty seconds. Repeat this three times and you’ll be well on your way to your pre-pregnancy weight. These exercises strengthen your core and help correct poor posture and you’ll look better too.

Lunges: lunges are exercises that will work all of your important leg muscles which makes them fantastic calorie burners. So not only will lunges help you lose weight quickly, but they will also build the muscles in your legs which means you’ll be burning more calories while at rest. To do a proper lunge, stand with your feet hip-width apart, put your hands on your hips and bring your abs in. Move your left foot forward until you knee is bent at a ninety degree angles. Keeping your right leg straight behind you, bend your right knee until it almost touches the floor. Slowly raise yourself back up and repeat the action with your left leg. Repeat this five times on each side for a fantastic workout. These exercises, if done often enough, can reveal dramatic results in just a few short weeks. You can do this while your new baby takes a nap and you can spread them out throughout the day instead of trying to do all of them in one block of time. Of course, it is even easier to shed weight if you do them all at once at least three times a week (or any other 20-30 minute workout three times each week). So, if you do all of these exercises as often as you are able, you’ll find that you can fit into your pre-pregnancy jeans before you know what has happened.
